ingredients:

How to Make:

Mango Pickle
ingredients:
- 1 mango fruit that is almost ripe, cut lengthwise size of matchsticks
- 1 piece red onion, chopped a bit rough
- 1 piece of red chili, sliced 1/2 cm
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- sufficient water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make:
- Cook water, sugar, vinegar and salt to a boil.
- then enter the mango, red onion and red pepper and cook until cooked about 5 minutes, remove and serve.
